Despite a dire prognosis, the rescued dog Piojito wanders

 Street animals suffer terrible misfortunes that rob them of their chance of a decent life   and subject them to certain death, as was the case with the dog Piojito , found in Cota, Colombia , and at the time. that point gave the impression that he wouldn’t be able to survive, because he was really hurt.

Piojito was found about a year ago, and he’s lucky that Marce Tabares , an animal lover, crossed his path, because she decided to help him and not abandon him for it. it really seems very difficult for him to survive.

When Marce found Piojito, she calculated that he must have weighed no more than three kilograms, but surprisingly he did not weigh more than two kilograms, adding that he had injuries to his legs and stomach, so Marce assumed Such a short time Life has suffered too much. For this reason, Marcel decided not to leave him to his fate.

Piojito couldn’t walk when they found him, his two hind legs were really damaged, it was evident that he would never be able to walk , but at least he found a family that wanted to give him love and a lot of patience.

“When I saw Piojito I knew that he would not survive without someone to take care of him, he was only three months old and had already suffered too much,” Marce said.

When they put his first wheels so he could walk , it only took him some work to get used to them and master them, but luckily he had another friend who also used wheels: Jero. Next to him, Piojito was able to adapt more easily to them.

“Therapies, vitamins, medications and a lot of patience became part of my day to day, and also of my whole family, because everyone got involved with the task of helping Piojito,” Marce declared.

As Piojito continued to grow, so did his ability to walk on his wheels, he looked more and more like a Ferrari walking around his house.

Until one day he surprised everyone: seeing his friends running around the garden, he rushed out to join the game, without his training wheels! Piojito did it, he walked again even though no one expected it!
